Does low iron cause sunken eyes?

Is low iron one cause of sunken eyes? Any idea?

    Yes, it may cause the sunken eyes because of the lack of iron in the body. With iron deficiency, the body iron enzyme activity is reduced which may thus be caused many organization cell metabolic disorders, clinical symptoms, anemia incidence degree and the priorities. In addition to sallow complexion owned by the person with little iron in the body, it can severe anemia. It also has glossitis lingual mucosa, atrophy tongue, smooth congestion and so on. What's more the anemia may cause the dry eyes which have no elastic skin around the eyes. Thus, the sunken eyes appear. You'd better eat the food with iron, such as rice, meat and so on.

    I didn't find any terms that said that low iron can cause sunken eyes. But i know that increase the iron intake can help to reduce sunken eyes. So, I think, The low iron is possible one of the reason for sunken eyes. If you want to get out of sunken eyes, you shall drink more water every day, and increase the food contains of iron like lean red meat and beans and many other supplement such as broccoli, kale, spinach and collard greens etc. Hope this can help you.

    Definitely yes, it could sunken eyes if lack of it. Iron is a component of hemoglobin, which could make the color of the blood red. The iron deficiency could be caused if it is much lower. The blood vessels can be seen through the skin due to lack of exposure to oxygen thus the blood does not turn red in your body. It would remain a dark bluish color and it is transparent through the thin and delicate skin under the eyes. In order not to worsen sunken eyes, it is crucial to increase iron in your diet, for example, liver is one good source to intake iron.
