Is pumpkin good for eyes?

I want to know more food that is healthy for eyes. Is eating pumpkin good for eye health? Any idea?

    Yes, eating pumpkin is very good for your eye health. If you eat pumpkin regularly, you can see better in the dark. The pumpkin contains a lot of vitamin A , which is a powerful nutrient needed for night vision.There are also a lot of other eye-healthy phytonutrients in pumpkins, such as lutein and zeaxanthin. So pumpkin is really good food for your eyes.

    Pumpkins are nutritious which contain starch, proteins, beta-carotene, vitamin b, vitamin c and calcium, so pumpkins are not only delicious but also play an important role in food therapy. There are many other foods which are good for eyes such as carrots, cod liver oil, pork liver and black sesame. Beside food, keeping doing eye exercises and developing good habits with the eye are beneficial to our eyes.
