Well, yes, lutein can people with presbyopia. As we know that Presbyopia is a condition, caused by aging, in which people find it difficult to read small words at close distances or to work on the computer for long periods of time. And by using lutein, it can relieve the symptom. Also, you should know that lutein is helpful for your eyes health in many ways. So a certain dietary intake or daily supplement with lutein will be a good way to protect your eyes, especially for some people who have macular degeneration problem. Anyway, it will be good.

Well, it seems that you are quite concerned about your eye health. Indeed, presbyopia could give rise to a lot of inconvenience to our study and daily life, which we of course would rather get rid of. So, as you have said, lutein, which could do good to your eye health, could of course help with your presbyopia. However, lutein is not enough, you gotta get other treatment and nutritions.

I am not sure, I never found evidence that lutein can help presbyopia. But i find Lutein is a pigment that may help slow down or prevent macular degeneration. Presbyopia is known as age-related deterioration of near sight. From this point, lutein may help presbyopia. Besides, It is widely known that lutein is beneficial for the eye health, which is found naturally in the retina along with another substance that is called zeaxanthin.
