How to improve night vision while driving?

I often drive at night, But th vision is bad at night because of darkness and halos light, which are troublesome to me. So, can you tell me how to improve night vision while driving?

    Yeah, you are right, because driving in night is a little dangerous and we have to improve our nigh vision while night driving. Here and now I want to tell you some tipster to improve night vision so that you can enjoy the time while night driving. First of all, you should clean off the windshield and wipe it down inside so that you can make sure your line of vision is not blocked by the dirt or kamikaze bug splatters. Besides, you had better adjust your mirrors to eliminate reflected glares because you know there are various kinds of the lights. If so, the reflected glares will not affluence you while night driving. The most important is that you have to avoid vehicle headlights, ou know the oncoming headlights can immediately decrease night vision, so you should avoid staring directly into the headlights when you are maintaining good vision while night driving.     As we know, the night vision is usually weaker than that at the day because of the stimulation at the retina. In order to make your night vision improve a lot, you could add the vitamin A in your food. The vitamin A will improve your night vision which you should have a try. When you drive at night, you could wear the special goggles to help you at the vision.

    Well, there indeed are some effective ways to improve night vision. I also need to drive in night sometimes, so this is a problem that I concerned very much too. There are two kinds of cells in eyes, rod and cone. Cone cells are good at color detection while rod cells are good at catching movement and they are better in dim light. So to improve the night vision, we need to use our peripheral vision, by glancing sideways instead of staring. Practice makes perfect. After again and again practices, we might found our night vision improved. Have our eyes prepared for dark light could help improve night vision too. Before entering the dark circumstances, close eyes or squint or put your hands on eyes to help them get used to the dim light. The rod could get active and make your vision in dark better. There are some other points you need to note, smoking decreases night vision. Take some vitamin A supplement and some other vitamins and mineral which are benefitial to eye health and vision, for example carrots, carrot juice and some nutrition like lutein, ginkgo biloba, bilberry, zeaxanthin and etc. while driving in night, if you feel bad night vision, you could have a piece of sugar which could take effect soon because night vision is dependent on blood sugar level actually.
