    There are many reasons contributes eye floaters, and low iron is one of the reasons. In most cases, floaters do not need treatment because it will disappear eventually. Try to move your eye around or try looking up or down when floaters appear in your vision to move the floater. And for the severe cases, you must have a surgery to remove it.
