  Well, according to what you said, I can infer that there is something wrong with the way you use your eyes and your work and life. Because generally speaking, red eyes or veiny things are resulted from a lack of sleep, bad use of your eyes, working too hard without breaks ,etc. This problem is absolutely treatable as long as you pay attention to your eye health and your life.   Most of the red veins in eyes are caused by overusing of eyes, such as watching TV or playing computer game for several hours. Get rid of your bad habits of using eyes and have a regular life style, then your eyes will be recovered by itself gradually. And you also can use eye drops to help your eyes recover more quickly.
