Can you still see with cataracts?

Can cataracts affect the vision? People with cataracts can see as usual? Or how can cataracts affect our vision?

    The answer is absolutely yes. Cataract can exactly affect vision in reality. As we know that cataracts occur when there is a buildup of protein in the lens.
