Can I replace the old lens of my Vintage Retro Glasses?

I have a pair of Vintage Retro Glasses inherited from my grandmother and I would love to reuse the frames. Could I replace the old lens with lenses of my prescription?

That depends on the material of the frame. I would not recommend you to replace your old lens if it is a plastic frame, becasue plastic would become brittle over time and it is easy to break. If it's a metal frame, you can take them to an optical shop to have them replaced.

I think there is no problem with it. However, you should take your Vintage retro glasses to an optical store. The staff there will tell you whether your old glasses can be replaced with new lenses or not.
