as you don't wear prescription glasses , you just need a pair of non RX computer glasses with anti-glare to help you reduce the radiation from the computer when work . Also you should have an awareness of protecting your eyes .pay attention to protect the vision. Don’t stare at the computer screen too long. If you find your eyes dry, red, burning, or if you cannot see clearly, or even if you feel swelling in the eyes or headachy you should go to see doctor immediately

Computer glasses are designed to help block reflections and glare from computer screens. A pair of prescription computer glasses can help correct our vision problem too. They can provide with clear vision when we sit in front of a computer. Computer screens are often positioned 20-26 inches from our eyes. This distance is closer than driving vision, but farther away than reading vision. But as to you, since you haven't wear prescription glasses before, so you don't need to buy a pair of prescription computer glasses. Maybe a pair of non-prescription computer glasses will be OK.

You should get a pair of non-prescription computer glasses. You can have a look at Firmoo. I have bought two pairs of glasses from this online optical store. They are affordable. The quality is OK.

Transitional glasses can work as a pair of sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses. Photochromic lenses are lenses that darken on exposure to specific types of light, most commonly ultraviolet radiation. Once the light source is removed, the lenses will gradually return to their clear state. But I think transitional glasses are not a good choice in this part because they will cost you more and the most part of their effect is to protect your eyes from UV rays. Computer glasses will have anti-reflective coatings which can protect your eyes from harmful computer reflections. So a pair of computer glasses is suitable for you. Hope this helped!
