Why are my eyes always so irritated ?

My eyes are easy to be irritated. Why? Is there anything that i can do to improve my eyes and reduce the rate of irritated eyes?

Using cool tea bags and cucumber can be a good way. Also, you can wear a pair of eye patch, in that way, you can avoid irritants getting into your eyes.
