From your description, it seems that you feel blurry when you try to focus something. If so, there are lots of factors that may cause milky vision. For example, macular degeneration caused by aging, cataracts, dry eyes, diabetes, myopia and presbyopia can be the causes of milky vision. So, keep calm and try to find out what causes it so as to treat it. If you can't check out by yourself, consult a doctor. Maybe you can solve your milky vision by wearing eyeglasses. Good luck.
