Can lazy eyes get better as you get older?

i have lazy eye and my right eye turns towards my nose. I wonder if it will go straight as i grow older? Do I need to treat it?

    No. Your lazy eye won't get better as you get older. If you are young, you can treat it with eye patch. However, you should see an eye doctor. They may have some advice and tell you what to do about it. I do hope you can fix your lazy eye.

    Lazy eyes won't get better as you grow old without treatment. The change in your eyes is irreversible. If you have crossed eyes, you can have surgery to make it look straight comestically but won't improve your vision.
