Yes, corn is beneficial to our eyesight. Corn is a kind of coarse grain. Corn contains protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and so on. Moreover, there is a number of vitamin A and vitamin E in corn. As vitamin A is good for eyesight, so corns do benefit to your eyesight. Also corns can decline serum cholesterol and prevent hypertension, coronary disease and myocardial infarction from happening. In addition, as a kind of coarse grain, corn contains a lot of cellulose which accelerates the pace of gastric peristalsis and discharge the noxious substance more quickly. I advise you that when you have porridge with corns, you can try to put some soda ash or soda in it because it can be easier for us to absorb the nutrition of corn.

Well, according to some authoritative information and research, it would do good to our eyes if we have a regular diet including corn and some other vegetable which contain lutein. Since lutein would protect and improve our vision in the long run, thus greatly reduces the risk of being nearsighted and some eyes related disorders. So, just get some corns now.
