Well, I quite understand your anxiety over the negative impacts posed by UV radiation on our eyes. So, generally speaking, a period of time of exposure to UV radiation could give rise to a dramatic drop in our vision and our eye health, as well as the cornea, the pupil, even causing blindness. So, its harm is not to be underestimated by no means. Anyway, you should wear a pair of polarized sunglasses to better protect your eyes.

Well, generally speaking, uv radiation is very bad for you, and it can just have damage on your eyes and the skin. First, you should know that the sun emits three types of rays, which are visible, infrared and ultraviolet (UV). And according to some researches, the invisible UV light is the component of sunlight most responsible for eye damage. If you explore in the sunlight for a long, it can do permanent sun damage and cataracts. In some degree, it can lead to blindness, and also have cancer. So it is very important to wear sunglasses which can provide UV protection.
