Yes, a swine flu would cause watery eyes. The symptoms of a swine flu is almost the same to other regular flu, including runny nose, watery eyes, headaches, feverish, coughing, sneezing, muscle and joints aching and fatigue, while some patients experience diarrhea and nausea. It firstly broke out in 2009 as a big disaster to all over the world. Well, I don't think it is the right time to consider the impact on eyes. After all, swine flu is a very serious problem which can be lethal with damages to respiratory system. It might cause respiratory failure as well as multiple organs dysfunction or failures. If you are suspicious of a swine flu, go to hospital at once. Have a fully examination to find out exact problem.

If you get the swine flu, you will have to get the watery eyes. Your eyes will feel dry easily. You could also feel itchy at that time. The watery symptom can't be controlled by yourself. You need to use some eyes drops with anti-inflammation to make your eyes feel comfortable. You should also take the medical care to cure the swine flu.
