Yes, it is normal for you to get the blurry vision after hungry because of the disorder work of the eye nerves. Your empty stomach will cause the lack of the transaminase in your inner body. Then it will indirectly cause the weak immune system for you. Your eye nerves and eyes pressure will be unstable. Then your eyes may feel dry. It is very easy for you to get the blurry vision. After you get the food right now, you may need several minutes for the intestinal to work for a while and get the recovery at the clear vision. You should not get hungry for yourself which may rush the blood in the body which will easily cause the anemia for you. You'd better protect the eyes and health at the same time. If you are so hungry, you could also drink some water.

As for me, it's really not a good sign that you got eye vision after hungry. Generally speaking, hungry can cause anxiety, inattention, dizzy and stoma ache for a while. When these conditions occur, you just need to eat something at once and you'll be fine soon. But if eye vision is caused by hungry, then you'd better ask a doctor and take a thorough body exam to determine the real reasons. My friend said if hungry really caused eye vision, that's only proved that you get anemia or malnutrition which has deep effect on blood circles and supplements. Of course, it is also possible that your eyes have basic diseases: black eyes, pink eyes and eye strain. And these basic diseases all can stimulate eye vision after hungry. Well, best way to deal with it is visit a doctor and take a note from him/her. Take a rest avoid eye strain and body tired.
